Cooking for your Blood Type:
Originally, my chiropractor turned me on to this way of eating. I read all the reference materials and thought I would give it a try, but it didn't work for my lifestyle. Although I do not plan to continue this program, the cookbook had wonderful recipes in it that were easily created using things in my pantry and refrigerator, as well as ingredients found at Wal-Mart and our local health food store. This is an excellent source if you are new to eating right for your blood type. Handy food charts identify which foods are beneficial, neutral or bad for your body.
