Excellent Drug Reference:
An excellent drug reference. The drug monographs are well written and include more complete information than found in many other references including herb interactions and unlabeled uses. The do-not-confuse information is also well researched and well written. Even though this guide is targeted at nurses, the information here is presented in an accessible format readable by most anyone. The physical size of the book is also nice - small enough to be easily portable (not like a PDR!) the book is physically... more info
Not just for Nurses!!!:
This is the greatest drug book!!! I am an LPN and I have to say, I wish I had known about these books before I went to nursing school. I think all people that take medicine should have one... It is a very useful tool. Too many people depend on the doctors to know whats best for them and don't even worry about what the medicine could be doing to them. Try this book out and you'll see just how much you don't know about the medicine you may be taking.
