Excellent resource for CEN exam and ER practice:

I just recently passed the CEN exam and I credit this book primarily. I've only been in the emergency department a little under two years and a year ago I realized that I really needed a resource that detailed everything an ER nurse should know. I bought this book then and have been reading it over the following 9-10 months to solidify my knowledge base and prepare for the CEN exam. The sheer amount of content covered in this text is incredible. It's the most comprehensive and concise single source of emergency nursing material. It even has sections on communicating for inter/intraagency transfers. Very helpful. It even arrived early.
