Excellent comprehensive textbook:

We are a new program and this atlas was recommended to us highly. We have used it for two semesters and it is not only a beautiful book, but one that the students find easy to use. The radiographs and all other illustrations are the best of all the books we reviewed. We especially like the summary tables of projections, the technique charts, and the anatomy summaries. Horrible shipping:

The shipping box came to me broken.
The order was supposed to be a set of 3 books. The books came from a broken set, two had a plastic protective wrapper and were in good shape. The third book did not have the protective wrapper and it had a big gash on the front cover. I am not happy with it, but I couldn't return it because I needed the textbook.

great book:

This is a great positing book. All the postions are demonstrated with visuals along with a radiographic picture to demonstrate what is should look like. It also contains the criteria and evaluation for every position. the book is well organized and easy to follow. i would recommend this book as part of a class book. I learned a lot from it.

Merrill's Atlas of Radiographic Positions and Radiologic Pro:

This is a perfect book for upcoming radiography students. Covers not only standard position techniques but also the more obscure. The is the perfect book for anyone student or radiographer to expand their knowledge in the field. Stop reading this and buy it already!
