poorly organized:
This book is a bit too dry and recondite for beginners. The organization is terrible and explanation is not clear at all. If you are a rookie about to entering the field of audiology. this book would only push you away~
Great book:
I have a profesor who doesn't know the first thing about teaching. The only way I am surviving is by keeping up with this book. It is so clear. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't always define the bolded key terms until a couple pages later.
It's what the title says...:
It's an introduction to audiology. If you're new to the discipline, then this is a pretty good starting point. However, it's not detailed enough for postgrad or research. For that I'd buy Katz's Handbook of Clinical Audiology or Roeser's Audiology Diagnosis.
GREAT:
My order got here on the day specified when I ordered it. It was packaged great and everything was there that was supposed to be. SPEEDY and reliable.
