Good Intro - Check Your Math....:
Professor Corwin's book offers a glimpse into chemistry. It is well laid out and fairly easy to read. From edition to edition there have not been many advances in basic chemistry which leads me to ask, why are there new editions? I found the Organic Chemistry componenet to be a bit lacking. The author switched between nomenclature methods, which leaves the pressured chemistry student quite lost. As most intro classes cover O-Chem in the few remaining days of the term. - But I digress.
