3.		Food Rules from Penguin Customer Review: Thanks to author Pollan many folks, like myself, are becoming interested in what (and why) we eat what we eat. His other books are certainly more informative but this is a terrific basic primer in what one should eat. Good stuff and well worth the seven bucks. 7.		In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto from Penguin Customer Review: In comparison to his book The Omnivore's Dilemma, this book was somewhat boring. Many things are repeated in this book. Worth reading if you are studying nutrition or America's food system. But, if you had to read one of his books, I would recommend to read The Omnivore's Dilemma over this book.
